• Raytel 800G PAM4 series transceivers are designed for high speed data connection ,such as Leaf to Spine switch in AI datacenter , switch to switch in High Performance Computing etc. The 800G VR8/ 2xVR4 PAM4 transceiver are incorporated with 850nm VCSEL and PD arrays. There is a low power consumption DSP inside the transceiver with the electrical and optical data rate are 106G PAM4 for each lane. The Optical interface is MPO-16 APC or dual MPO-12 APC.
