  • Raytel 25G/40G/100G/200G/400G Active Optical Cable (AOC) series are designed for high speed data connection ,such as server to TOR switch in datacenter , switch to switch in LAN etc. The series AOC modules are incorporated with 850nm VCSEL and PD with Chip on Board (COB) technology. The breakout AOC is also available for 100G/400G series. The 200G/400G AOC series are incorporated with 850nm VCSEL and PD arrays. There is a low power consumption DSP inside the transceiver with the electrical and optical data rate are 53G PAM4 for each lane.
