• Raytel 400G PAM4 series transceivers are designed for high speed data connection ,such as Server to Leaf switch or Leaf to Spine switch in AI datacenter , switch to switch in High Performance Computing etc. The 400G VR4/ SR8 PAM4 transceiver are incorporated with 850nm VCSEL and PD arrays. There is a low power consumption DSP inside the transceiver which supports 400GBE(4x100G or 8x50G). The 4x100G DR/FR/LR PAM4 series are based on SiP (Silicon Photonics) technology ,There is a low power consumption DSP inside the transceiver with the electrical and optical data rate are 106G PAM4 for each lane . The Optical interface is MPO-12 APC. The 400G QSFP-DD DR4/FR4/LR4 are based on Micro-Optics technology ,which are incorporated 4 high performance EML lasers. There is a low power consumption DSP inside the transceiver with the electrical data rate is 53G PAM4 for each lane .
