• Raytel 10G SFP+ fully tunable series transceivers are designed for Telecom application , with the low cost and high quality performance .They are incorporated with a fully tunable laser (with 48/96 channels tuning range ) and PIN-TIA receiver for ER application , the APD-TIA receiver is also available for ZR application. The 10G SFP+ ER/ER+ tunable series transceivers are incorporated with 4 groups narrow-band tunable lasers, each group can cover 10 channels (with 100GHz spacing) in C-band. With high yield and good performance , it is helpful for cost saving .These series transceivers are designed for 40km~60km application with PIN-TIA receiver ,and for 80km application with APD-TIA receiver . The 10G SFP+ DWDM/TDM series transceivers are incorporated with uncooled DFB lasers and cooled EML lasers , which can transmit from 10km to 80km ,even up to 100km.
